4. AI-generated responses

8. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law.

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law.

9. Availability

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable at times because of maintenance, technical issues, security needs, provider availability, or product changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates risk, bypasses service controls, or misuses the service.
